Established in 2013, Assist-a-Pro originally launched with a mission around providing full-service administrative solutions for today’s Real Estate Professionals. Recognizing a gap in the market for scalable and affordable support, Assist-a-Pro created full-service systems from administrative and marketing support to an entire “contract-to-close” transaction management process. Everything Assist-a-Pro provides is designed for Real Estate Agents to leverage services based on their unique business and administrative needs.

Over the years, Assist-a-Pro has grown into one of the nations leading Administrative Services firms. Today, our company supports individual Agents, large Real Estate Teams, and entire Brokerages around the country. Our systems and teams are positioned to assist professionals answer any size challenge their business may face.

Marisa Thompson

CEO/Co-Founder

An interior designer at heart with her own boutique for 15 years, Marisa has over 10 years of real estate experience and over 20 years as an entrepreneur. After endless conversations with her friend Keli, they found a need in the real estate industry that had not been met and created a company that would fulfill this need. Marisa knew what it was like to work in a business that was cyclical and wished she had more options like Assist-a-Pro during her career. She is now happy to be able to provide agents support when they need it most!

William Thompson

COO

William brings over 20 years of broad based recruiting experience with real estate, IT and Engineering consulting and staffing companies, both privately-held and public companies. As a proven recruiting executive, William has successfully lead major recruiting efforts for Fortune 1000 companies throughout the nation. His experience includes aspects of operations, business development and complex project management. William has continued to consult with other brokerages throughout Florida, assisting other brokers and owners of both national and privately held brands develop their own recruiting initiatives.

Alyssa Hanson

Managing Director

With over 14 years of experience, Alyssa's true passion has always been providing world-class customer service. After receiving her degree from the University of Florida, she started her career in hospitality, but soon found a new love of real estate. After transitioning to a career in the industry in 2015, she discovered a desire to support real estate agents and help grow their businesses. With her two passions combined, Alyssa strives to exceed expectations of all our clients and is dedicated to creating extraordinary customer experiences at Assist-a-Pro.

Wendy Anderson

Transaction Coordination Manager

Wendy comes to Assist-a-Pro with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry, both in the legal and administrative specialities. Starting her work career at a very young age, she has 10 years of legal experience in real estate and corporate law and over 25 years of experience in administrative and office management. Wendy loves assisting others and is always looking for ways to streamline systems to make things more efficient. Her passion for customer service, industry expertise, and great attention to detail make Wendy an invaluable asset to our team!

Susan Beatty

Sr. Marketing Coordinator

Susan has been supporting real estate agents for over 13 years, assisting professionals with both administrative and marketing needs. She specializes in social media marketing and custom marketing and artwork, creating original content that is branded to each agent. Susan's experience covers a multitude of areas, ranging from website design to desktop publishing to SEO. With Susan's knowledge and expertise, we are able to support our clients with all of their marketing needs!

Tech Support

Although Princess naps frequently on the job, she is passionate about supporting all Assist-a-Pro clients. She specializes in providing warm cuddles and wet kisses. When she is not busy smuggling office supplies in her jowls, she inspires our team and is a great cheerleader!
